Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
HIJOS DE JOSÉ GOMARIZ LÓPEZ, S.L. (tax ID B-30571202) is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a business relationship with the user. The planned processing operations are:
- Handling orders and requests, and answering enquiries or any other request the USER makes through the contact form or any of the other contact methods available on this website.
- Sending commercial communications about our products by email or other means, provided the USER has given consent.
- Carrying out market research and statistical analysis.
On what grounds can we process your personal data?
Processing is lawful under article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the USER’s consent: answering enquiries sent through the form and sending commercial communications.
- On the basis of the CONTROLLER’s legitimate interest: market research and statistical analysis, and handling orders and requests made by the USER.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data will be kept no longer than necessary for the purpose of the processing, or for as long as legal requirements oblige us to retain it. When it is no longer needed, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure it is anonymised or completely destroyed.
Who do we share your personal data with?
No personal data will be disclosed to third parties except, where necessary to carry out the purposes of the processing, to our communications and web hosting service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current legislation.
What are your rights?
- The right to withdraw your consent at any time.
- The right to access, rectify, port and erase your data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), if you consider that the processing does not comply with current legislation.

2. Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided
By ticking the corresponding box and entering data in the contact form fields, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to handle their request. Name, email and message are mandatory; all other fields are optional. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for notifying any changes to it.
3. Security measures
In accordance with current personal data protection legislation, the CONTROLLER complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility and, in particular, with the principles set out in article 5 of the GDPR, under which data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and in a manner that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS.
