Our classic Roman-style artichoke, made with whole fruit selected for its evenness and quality. Each one is hand-peeled with its stem and dressed with sunflower oil, vinegar and a blend of spices. A ready-to-serve appetiser in a glass jar.

Shelf life
The shelf life of this product depends on transport and storage conditions. Under normal conditions, temperature between 10 and 25 ºC and humidity below 65%, the shelf life is 3 years from manufacture.
