Extra-quality plum tomatoes from our own fields. For the Gourmet jar we select the most even, firmest tomatoes, peel them whole and pack them in glass with the same artisan care as the rest of the line.

Shelf life
The shelf life of this product depends on transport and storage conditions. Under normal conditions, temperature between 10 and 25 ºC and humidity below 65%, the shelf life is 4 years from manufacture.
